We broke the leg into two, anchoring overnight on the Wilmington River in the Wassaw National Wildlife Refuge.<\/p><p>Well, the life was truly wild thanks to an amazing visit by a large pod of dolphins. For locals, seeing dolphins is is no big deal but, for us northerners, it&#8217;s always an moment of excitement.<\/p><p>These animals are smart and friendly and they paid us a welcome visit.<\/p><p>From there, we sailed out of Georgia to our next stop: Hilton Hilton Head Island to enjoy its beautiful beaches and to catch up with our Rochester Yacht Club friends: Joe and Carol, who&#8217;ve made Hilton Head their home for the time being.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4a0953 e-con-full
