True North has been a faithful friend for six seasons, sailing thousands of miles on the Great Lakes, and more recently, out the Saint Lawrence River, through six Canadian Maritime provinces, and into Portland, Maine, USA. She has been meticulously cared for and loaded with extra options and add-ons. So why change?
Well, it’s because of the amazing adventures we experienced with True North that we decided to do even more, and make a sailboat our summer cottage, with a little more in terms of guest accommodations, storage, autonomy and creature comforts.
We thus made the very difficult decision to sell our True North and acquire Fregata. It’s bittersweet, like saying goodbye to an old friend.
