It was a magical moment. We were laying on the sand no more than 3 yards away. They were nervous at first, but then got used to us and relaxed. Maybe they thought we were a bizarre species of seal, although hopefully we don’t have the same fish-breath.

Forgot to add, a great video of the seals. What a fortuitous sighting. Elizabeth loved spotting them in the water.
